Welcome to The Enclave

The Enclave at Whispering Farms is a gated community located within beautiful Prosper, Texas approximately 30 miles north of Dallas. Prosper is one of the fastest growing small towns in Texas with double-digit home appreciation and home to one of the most exceptional public schools systems within the state; Prosper Independent School District.

Each of the 14 lots within The Enclave are 1+ acre in size and enjoy a significant number of amenities in the immediate area. Additional documentation that may be helpful to current or prospective lot owners is listed to the right. These items include soil reports, plat information and other pertinent documents that were generated during the establishment of the community around 2005.

The 14 lot owners within the community comprise the The Enclave at Whispering Farms Residential Association with overall responsibility for the operations and finances of the community. The Residential Association is led by a Board of Directors consisting of the President, Vice-President, and Secretary/Treasurer. These individuals are elected by the Residential Association to conduct the official business such as enforcement of Community Covenants and Restrictions and maintaining the Bylaws. The Board also selects committee members as needed including the Architectural Control Committee.
